Not only was Marco on time at 5 am (yes 5 am was our requested pick up from the Port) with a smile and bottled water (a tough commodity in some locations); he was extremely patient, kind and informative on our way to the Vatican City area. We were also so impressed to literally have "gangway" to "door" service both ways. Our return was scheduled for 4:30 pm but we finished early and called on you to see if we could get an earlier pick up and without hesitation you arranged for Marco to return within 15 minutes at 2:30 to return us to the Port.

The car was comfortable, clean and smelled fresh - thank you and I couldn't resist hugging Marco when he dropped us off.

Our driver was waiting for us when we disembarked. He brought our luggage to the car. He was professional, cheerful and very courteous. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The ride was fast, smooth and very comfortable. We enjoyed the ride and were dropped off outside the gate to our little hotel.
The email communications I had with Marco in Customer Service were promptly handled.
We were very pleased to have chosen this company for our transfer. The charges were also lower than what had been quoted by our cruise line for a similar private transfer.
